What are the non-commercial rights of an NFT?

You own the NFT and the associated digital version fo the original artwork as a private collector, and other than selling the two as a collector on NFT marketplaces, you cannot use or sell them for commercial purposes. The artist, nonetheless, still retains the right to exhibit and IPR of the original artwork to which the NFT associated with.
